Do I have to pay a fee?

We do not charge a fee for our service. We provide whole of market advice and the insurance provider will make a payment to us. We provide a transparent advisory service so we’ll present our findings for you to make a decision.

Do you offer face to face appointments?

We prefer to meet partners face to face to better understand the business. There are scenarios where this isn’t possible, however we will always endeavour to accommodate your requests.

Are you regulated?

All our advisers are regulated with the FCA to provide business insurance advice. We would be delighted to show you our credentials.

What if we decide not to proceed?

There is no cost for advice so you won’t receive a bill from us. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in our support, so you’re under no obligation to proceed with our advice.

Can I organise the insurance myself?

Many business insurance providers will require you to use an adviser, but there are some insurers that allow you to enquire directly. If you would like a personalised service from an experienced adviser then we would be delighted to help.

Each insurance provider will have a set list of critical illnesses they will cover.
